The shipping time to anywhere in the world from's international warehouse is typically between 7 and 12 days. All shipments are delivered covertly. When the order is submitted and we acknowledge it, the status is changed to PENDING - UNPAID, indicating that payment is required immediately before we can begin packing. The status will change from RECEIVED to PAID once payment has been received. Depending on the form of payment you choose, it can take a few days for your payment to be received. When an order is received, its status will be updated to PAID and PENDING, indicating that packing has begun. Contact us by opening a new ticket if your payment was submitted but your order is still showing as UNPAID after three days. Order status will be updated to "shipped" once it has been packaged.
You will receive an email from our system after the products have been dispatched confirming shipping; at this point, you can contact us by TICKET or by responding to the notification email and request a tracking code. Please check your SPAM bin to see if any of our emails have ended up there. To ensure that you receive all of our alerts, locate them and mark them as NOT SPAM. If a payment is received over the weekend, shipping will start up again the next workday.
